Do I need to move out during the makeover?
No. Most of our FreshenUP installations are non-invasive and can be scheduled on non-operational days, so you don’t need to temporarily stop your business during the process.

Absolutely. We offer one free round of design revision to help fine-tune your preferred look before you confirm your makeover.
Themes & Customisation
Can I combine more than one theme?
Yes. You can select up to 3 themes during submission, and our design team will blend them in different ways for your preview.
Can I request a fully customised theme or brand concept?
Absolutely. For a bespoke design experience, we can elevate your request to our parent studio, IdeasScout Projects, for a full-service branding and spatial solution.
What types of spaces can FreshenUP transform?
We work with retail shops, cafes, offices, clinics, showrooms, homes, and more. As long as we receive clear photos and details, we can visualise the transformation.
Pricing & Timeline
How much does a FreshenUP makeover cost?
Pricing is based on your selected themes, the size of your space, and the level of complexity. We’ll provide a detailed quote once you've chosen your preferred design preview.
How long will the makeover take?
The actual makeover usually takes 2 to 5 working days. However, the full planning process—including design, approvals, and material preparation can take 2 to 3 months. This ensures a smooth and efficient makeover process.
Aftercare & Add-ons
Do you offer maintenance or updates after the makeover?
Yes, we offer maintenance and periodic refresh services to keep your space in step with trends and evolving business needs.
Can I reuse the design assets or themes later?
Many of our design elements are modular and movable, allowing for reconfiguration or reuse as your needs change.
